Shipping & Returns

Lemural is focused on delivering its customers a unique, high-quality made-to-order product. These made-to-order products are not stocked, and ship in a time reflective of the production process. The standard shipping times are 10 days.

All shipping times exclude weekends and specific, advertised holidays. Shipping times are estimates of when products leave our facility. All wall-covering orders are shipped via Aramex and FedEx, on average, 5 to 7 business days to arrive once handled by the carrier. Any shipments that must be shipped via Aramex and FedEx will be subject to case-by-case shipping occurrences, which will be communicated to you by our team.

Orders will be accepted through our website 24/7. Decoyard team members will be available to assist with placing an order during our business hours via email and phone. Our business hours are Sun-Thu, 9 AM to 5 PM (Cairo time). All emails received outside of normal business hours will be addressed in the order of which they are received.

International Shipping (From Egypt)
We are able to ship to most international addresses from our office located in Cairo, Egypt. If your country has experienced shipping complications from Egypt in the past, please confirm with our team that your order is deliverable before purchase. Duties and taxes applicable to shipments outside of the Egypt are the responsibility of the customer receiving the product. All shipping methods will be charged to the customer when shipping international, and any expedited shipping cost increase will be included in this charge.
